Safety: Enforces safety rules, monitors site conditions, and provides training on equipment and safety gear to prevent accidents.
Coordination: Schedules, coordinates, and manages subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues, conflicts, or miscommunications that arise on the job site.
Reporting: Communicates project progress, updates, and status reports to supervisors, project managers, and other officials.
Resource Management: Ensures the availability of necessary resources, staff, and materials to meet project demands and schedules.

Education & Experience
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Management is often required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the construction sector is a common requirement.
Key Skills
Communication: Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for communicating with workers and management.
Technical Skills: The ability to understand architectural and structural drawings is crucial for overseeing construction work.
Leadership & Supervision: Strong leadership skills are needed to guide and manage site workers.
Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues on site to keep projects on schedule and safe is vital.
Safety Compliance: Adherence to safe work procedures and a commitment to maintaining quality standards on site are mandatory.
