Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring safety measures are in place.

For Malaysian Citizens:
Age: Must be 16 years or older.
Registration: Obtain a Construction Personnel Registration Card from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.
Safety Certification: Complete a construction safety induction course, such as the Safety and Health Induction Course for Construction Workers (SICW).
Compliance: Comply with the laws and regulations set by CIDB.
For Foreign Workers:
Work Permit: You must have a passport with a valid work permit issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
Registration: Register as construction personnel and obtain a CIDB PKK Card.
Safety Certification: Complete the required safety induction course.
Experience: Some roles may require prior working experience (e.g., at least six months for certain assessments).
Essential Skills and Qualities
Physical Fitness: The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and strenuous activity.
Technical Proficiency: Basic mechanical skills for operating tools and equipment.
